Blog Overload?! LOL

What's up everybody!! I've missed being over here..See? That's one of the benefits of trying to maintin so many blogs.. LOL! I started one at myspace too now..Are any of you over there? I'm still trying to learn to navigate.. There a lot going on over there!! Damn.. Anyway.. I'm back at dance class now! I went to my third yesterday.. I was actually out over two months! So, it feels good to be dancing at full throttle again.. I mean, some points are still tender on certain moves, but, I still do them. That's the only way to get my strength back..I just have to be careful..re-injury would suck... I won't let that happen.. I'll try not to anyway.. Pray for me! Please!!! What's the deal? I tried to start a new paragraph and it wouldn't let me! What's going on? Hmm....Well, I hope you're all having a great day! Enjoying every minute..Our friend Sheryl called us Friday night..Our friend John..Sheryl's boyfriend died the night before..Thursday night.. So, send up a thought for a young guy.. He was in his thirties.. alcohol.. Rest in Peace buddy.. Baby and I met them when we first moved to Vegas. They were our neighbors. For like 2 years, so, we had formed a nice friendship with Sheryl. John used to make me laugh. The doctors warned him to stop, but, he couldn't or wouldn't.. I still can't believe it though. Seems very odd that our bodies can cave to the pressures of alcohol so young! Makes you think you know?

Being a recovered alcoholic that stopped drinking just before my 29th b-day, I actually understand what it can do to people, even at an early age!!

Anyway, you stopped by my blog!! Good to see you again!

I feel real sorry about your friend. How is Sheryln doing? Hope she is bearing up OK. I'm with the others, 30 is very young to die from drinking. Two of my uncles were town drunks. One went out by stroke and the other by throat cancer. Uncle Harry smoke those unfiltered Camels. Ugggh! I think they were in their 50's when they passed. So Schree I want to know...How many blogs do you have now???? I have 4 here, if you ever want to visit, one is for weight loss struggles (with emphasis on struggle!) and one is my favourite poems, songs and thoughts, and my newest one is Bermuda Thoughts, where when I feel like writing about where I come from, I can put it there. That is way enough for me. You take care, you and Baby..love&hugz, Linda

Drinking is the national pastime in Bermuda and it destroys many lives and families. I was brought up in a house with no Alcohol allowed, my father had seen it consume some of his siblings. I keep alchohol in the house for cooking only. Wine for my pasta sauce and some rum for frying my apples for pies.
